Brian Behzadi
Founder & Principal, Artisan Vista Construction
Brian Behzadi holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management and has spent years building his career in the construction industry. He worked for several years with a well-established general contracting company in Nashville, Tennessee, where his technical background and experience quickly earned him recognition. As Project Manager, he oversaw numerous residential and commercial projects, ranging from small renovations to large-scale developments.
Throughout his career, Brian has managed every phase of construction, from initial planning through final delivery, including scheduling, budgeting and cost control, subcontractor coordination, permitting and inspections, contract administration, quality assurance, and direct communication with owners and design teams. Building on this foundation, Brian founded Artisan Vista Construction, LLC, where he continues to oversee day-to-day operations and remain directly involved in project execution ØŒcommitted to quality, safety, and client satisfaction on every project.
